Administration

The City Administrator serves as the Chief Administrative Officer and manages the day-to-day operations of the City, which includes overseeing the general budget and direct supervision of City Departments and enterprise funds. The Administrator is appointed by the Common Council and works under the general direction and policy guidance of the Mayor and Council. The City Admnistrator is also the Finance Director for the City, part of their responsibilties are preparing of the Annual Budget and Capital Improvement Budget, assisting with the Annual Audit, Tax Increment District Reporting, Collections, Account Analysis and Reconciliations, Financial Reporting, and Payroll. This Department contracts with several other agencies to help manage the operations of the City. Those agencies are listed below.
